So I Clicked on "Notifications" / "Connect" and there was the listing "Living Room TV," the name I had give in setting up ChromeCast just two days ago. I clicked on it, and after the typical messages about wait till it connects, etc. within about 15 seconds there was my Laptop desktop display on my TV. AND, I was running" EDGE" NOT Chrome.
