Am I being throttled? I've had 150/150 for about a month and ever since I switched back to FIOS from Comcast my Usenet (Thundernews) speeds (SSL and NNTP on all the server's ports) have been slow. Limiting scope and settings (like the maximum number of versions being backed up or restored at one time) can drastically reduce our calls and lessen the chance of being throttled. I signed up to BT Infinity 2 in May so I don't understand why I'm being throttled. Yesterday I started downloading a driver for my PC it was downloading at about 10KB/s now today I tried it, its downloading at 9MB/s no problem. When I got 10KB/s it was around 10-11pm. So I take it im not on totally Is my download being throttled? - Optus Broadband 2020-2-29
